Vintage British Travel Posters

It's so close to spring here - we've hardly had a winter this year. It was almost 60 degrees today here in Boston! I'm yearning for bright spring colors and warm breezes, and these vintage British travel posters depict both those enticing elements.

Wouldn't it be lovely to be boating on a river nearby right now, picking wildflowers by the water's edge?

Wildflower Paintings by Cool Ranch Studio

Caroline Saganich uses such vivid colors in her "Wildflower" series paintings, on reclaimed cedar wood. She accents rich green and blue tones with splashes of metallic gold paint, as well as engraved and drilled details. I can see grouping two or three of these little masterpieces on a wall together, or on a mantel.

See more of her whimsical pieces here.

Wildflower Seed Bombs

I've always wanted to make my own seed bombs to beautify the neighborhood, and this Northeastern Wildflower Mix from Terrain seems like the perfect combination of native plants for the job!
